Keynote Speaker & Professional Networking Trainer

As a keynote speaker, breakout session leader, or luncheon speaker, Beth brings value and actionable items to your conference attendees, chamber members, and any group of business professionals.

As a business networking speaker, I always have a good time when I get to share my strategies and experiences with an audience. They'll have a great time, too! I'm high energy, entertaining and a little bit goofy. I'm also incredibly serious about providing huge value to an audience, giving them vital information which is immediately useful.

"Our members were engaged, they were listening, they were laughing. She kept it fun and afterwards, a lot of them came up to me and said they had learned things they never knew. The next day at Rotary and attendees were still talking about her presentation."

Crisanne Zamponi, former CEO, Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce, Texas

I'm an ideal choice for:

*Chambers of commerce looking to give help their members get the most out of membership and build their businesses by showing them how to leverage the chamber networking opportunities.

*Women's associations that want to empower business women with networking strategies that go beyond the good ol' boys network.

*Conference planners who want to give their attendees a powerful strategy they can put into place immediately for the rest of the event.

My goal is to send your audience home saying:

"Wow, I can do this! I've got actionable ideas which will make me a better networker and a stronger business person."

I also want to make sure that you, as the person recommending me or the meeting planner, have a great time working with me. I am easy to work with and I'll make you look good in front of your audience, and your team or your boss.

Keynote Speaker

Need a motivational business keynote? I'll focus on encouraging and energizing your audience while giving them result-producing information.

Two of my most popular keynotes are:

*Beyond Networking Tips: Five Keys to Networking, Business, and Life Success

We all love tips, tricks, and life hacks. But these random bits and pieces aren't enough to create massive success. In networking, you must have a strategy and skills. I reveal the five keys to success and how to apply them to business, networking, and your life.

*Everyone in the Pool: Fearless Networking (and Life) Strategies from a Former Chicken

For nearly twenty years, I had a fear of water so strong I almost avoided kiddie pools. Your audience will find out how I conquered that fear and a whole lot of other anxieties, what-ifs, and personal doubts to compete in open water triathlons, national track meets, and launch my own business. Then I'll show them how to use those same strategies to overcome their own fear of networking ... or anything else in their life.

Breakout Sessions / Networking Training

Need breakout sessions or hands-on networking training? I'll keep it fun and high-energy with top-level ideas while also providing detailed strategies that your audience will put to use... while thanking you!

I can customize a presentation to focus on these topics and audiences:

* How to develop a simple, yet powerful networking strategy

* Developing influence and your personal brand through networking

* Specific, hands-on socializing, mixing, and mingling techniques to use at networking events

* Networking for college students or job-seekers

* Using networking to develop a sales pipeline for MLM or sales professionals.

My most popular networking presentation is ideally suited as a conference keynote, luncheon presentation, or trade-show kick off and runs for 45 to 55 minutes, usually without a Q&A.

*Rapid Result Networking: How to 10x Your Networking Results for Business and Personal Growth

I present your audience with a no-fluff, step-by-step networking strategy based on my Five-Part Networking Success Plan. They'll leave with simple, actionable ideas for results that they can put to use immediately. They'll leave, eager to connect with fellow attendees, and make better use of your organization or event.

If you've got a larger chunk of time or are looking to significantly contribute to the confidence of your audience while providing them with a presentation that is very active and engaging, this hands-on session runs for 2 to 3 hours and will have your attendees massively improving their social skills and networking event mingling confidence.

*Bare Knuckle Networking: Hands-on Training and Tactics to Successfully Navigate and Leverage Any Networking Event

From dealing with close talkers to learning exactly how to meet total strangers to becoming the most interesting person in the room, this presentation gets down and dirty into the nitty gritty of mixing and mingling for networking success. Good for extroverts who may need some focus, but really idea for introverts who hesitate to get into the "scrum" of mixers, luncheons, and other crowd scenes. I'll show your audience how to feel confident and navigate some of the icky and sticky social aspects of networking with confidence.

These two presentations are available separately, but my most popular speaking/training combination is to present Rapid Result Networking as a luncheon followed by the Bare Knuckle Networking that afternoon or immediately following. Chambers of commerce's in particular find this a profitable combination by having individual registration, but also giving a package discount for both events. Ask me about a bulk book discount to sweeten the pot even more by including a "free" copy of my book, "Networking on Purpose" for the package deal.

Manhattan, Kansas chamber members loved this option, with one attendee telling the chamber staff:

"I joined a while back, but I hadn't been to any networking events yet. Now I feel like I'm ready and I'm excited to start networking!"
